Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule and enabling you to reach clients across various geographic locations, including Plano, Texas. You will work from home using our secure telehealth platform, which facilitates video sessions and digital communication with patients. The dynamic and collaborative nature of our virtual team ensures you will receive regular supervision and support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies, tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to help patients address common mental health issues and foster a sense of community.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in distress during telehealth sessions.
\n
• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and relevant community resources to empower their healing process.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation that meets legal and ethical standards within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development activities to stay at the forefront of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges. Our patient population is diverse, including individuals from different socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. This role requires a sensitive and empathetic approach, as you will engage with clients who may be dealing with complex issues such as trauma, substance abuse, and chronic mental illnesses.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment practices.
\n
• Ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, with an understanding of cultural and developmental differences.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional boundaries, along with proficiency in managing EHR systems.

• Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Experience in providing telehealth services, which includes familiarity with digital tools and online client engagement.

• Participation in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, or additional training in specialized therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
