Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations during initial consultations, actively listening to clients' concerns and documenting critical insights throughout the treatment process.

• Develop tailored treatment and recovery plans for individuals, families, and groups, taking into account their unique needs and goals for therapy.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage client participation and progress.

• Monitor client progress meticulously to adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring the highest quality care and effective outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other members of the healthcare team, including social workers, psychiatrists, doctors, and nurses, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide follow-up care for clients who may require hospitalization, liaising with attending physicians to align on treatment plans and objectives.

• Educate and support family members and primary caregivers in managing challenges related to mental health, fostering a support network for the client.

The clientele at Eleanor Behavioral Health Center encompasses a wide range of ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship distress. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Successful score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively articulate clinical information to clients, families, and colleagues.
