Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients' mental health concerns, ensuring a complete understanding through detailed interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to suit each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide a range of therapy formats including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on building rapport, trust, and establishing therapeutic alliances.

• Engage in crisis intervention procedures, offering immediate support and stabilization techniques for clients undergoing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment progress, assessments, and clinical notes, while adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them to understand treatment options and available resources within the community. Advocate fiercely for clients’ rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
