Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up consultations with clients to evaluate their mental health status and progress.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic plans that address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting the development of coping strategies and resilience in your clients.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and specialists, when appropriate for comprehensive treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in supervision and teamwork to enhance therapeutic skills and keep current on mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing distinct challenges including but not limited to mental health disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Your ability to establish rapport and understanding will be crucial in helping clients navigate their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in various psychological disorders.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, with cultural competence to effectively serve a diverse population.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to function calmly in high-stress situations.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications to ensure efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
