Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and inform individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that prioritize trauma recovery, taking into account each patient's unique experiences and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques to provide immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

The therapist will primarily engage with adults and adolescents who have endured significant trauma, primarily managing cases of PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
