Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while serving patients primarily within Pennsylvania. The remote setting ensures that we can reach clients in a variety of circumstances, including those who might have transportation challenges or prefer the comfort of their own home when seeking care. Work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and concerns of patients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions effectively, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups focusing on anxiety, depression, and other common mental health concerns, promoting community and shared experiences among participants.

• Engage in crisis intervention services and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulously accurate patient records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Our practice serves a diverse demographic of patients, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. You will work with individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Pennsylvania.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and best practices for treatment delivery.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate trust-building with patients and effective collaboration with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
