Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations by performing thorough preliminary interviews with clients from their initial consultation through the end of treatment.

• Assess and document clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health status to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Develop and implement targeted intervention strategies for a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and resilience.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Engage with clients' support systems, including family members and primary caregivers, to address cultural or emotional challenges that may impede recovery.

• Manage client referrals to ensure seamless transitions to other specialists when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, for effective documentation and client management.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
\n
• Knowledge and practical expertise in addressing underlying physical and emotional health conditions, as well as addiction disorders.

• Familiarity with the best practices outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) is advantageous.

• Experience in case management and coordination of care processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience.
