Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, employing standardized tools to ascertain individual needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that not only target addiction recovery but also address underlying mental health issues affecting clients' overall well-being.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure seamless and integrated care for each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, reflecting your level of experience and qualifications.
