Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crosscare Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant mental health counseling experience, demonstrating a broad understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documenting client interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
