Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate input from medical and psychiatric professionals.

• Facilitate a variety of psychotherapy modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group therapies, tailored to promote emotional and psychological healing.

• Guide patients and their families in understanding treatment plans and medication schedules, offering psychoeducation and practical strategies to enhance adherence and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Document and maintain comprehensive records of treatment plans, progress notes, and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists to evaluate the need for psychiatric medication, participating in case consultations and staff meetings to elevate care quality.

• Provide support and coordination to patients' families, helping them comprehend treatment processes and interventions designed to improve patient outcomes.

• Identify and utilize community resources and partnerships to further support patients in their treatment journey, including referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Participate in mandatory on-call rotations to support client needs outside of regular hours, ensuring our patients have access to care when they require it most.

• Notify mandated agencies of any safety risks, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to safeguard patient welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will encompass a diverse array of patients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including acute and chronic mental illnesses. You will work with both adults and children, providing therapy that respects cultural and individual needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) upon hire.

• Experience with treatment planning and conducting various therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and their families.

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team while managing individual caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation requirements as per clinical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
