Our outpatient office operates Monday through Saturday, ensuring ample opportunities for scheduling that fits your availability. We provide in-house credentialing and office management, allowing you to focus primarily on your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to understand their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize advanced clinical techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and treatment plans through thorough documentation and participation in patient rounds.

• Develop and execute individualized service plans, ensuring ethical and timely completion of all documentation required by department protocols.

• Provide holistic case management for assigned patients, engaging with community resources and professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required; further education is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and patient care.
