Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, taking into account their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients in overcoming their obstacles.

• Offer referrals to additional healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care when necessary.

• Document client progress meticulously within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in monthly clinical meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to an ongoing culture of learning and professional development.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating a calm demeanor and effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
