Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, employing standardized tools and a compassionate approach.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that not only address clients' addictive behaviors but also integrate support for underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and integrated support for clients, sharing insights and strategies to optimize recovery outcomes.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing guidance on therapeutic techniques and resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the client’s treatment trajectory and outcomes.

The clients you will work with include individuals struggling with substance use disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
