Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and support to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use issues, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving recovery goals.

• Utilize solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, engaging in regular evaluations to track progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date per state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide cohesive and coordinated care, participating in team meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights.

• Educate patients and their families about available resources, mental health issues, and effective coping strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice in Massachusetts as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, with a focus on substance abuse therapy and its associated challenges.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapies and practices that benefit clients in recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
