Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing our Licensed Mental Health Counselors flexibility in their work while collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to mental health advocacy. Work hours primarily extend from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional needs for evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and identification of appropriate treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to meet the individual goals of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling to a diverse clientele, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions based on established best practices.

Qualifications\n
