This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to collaborate with our dedicated team of professionals while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' history and treatment needs.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and build resiliency.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide therapy sessions.

  Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote overall mental health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and associated dissociative disorders. Your expertise in trauma therapy will be essential in helping these individuals navigate their healing processes, fostering resilience, and empowering them to regain a sense of control over their lives.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

  Demonstrated expertise in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
