This full-time role operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while also providing the opportunity to engage with clients at our outpatient office in Riverdale when needed. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and flexible scheduling to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological states and determine individualized treatment pathways.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments of client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic techniques, to guide patient recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focusing on emotional regulation, personal growth, and enhancing clients' coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to guarantee an integrated and holistic care approach for patients.

• Engage in crisis intervention practices and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

• Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as effective evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, make accurate diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy through various therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional communication skills with proven experience in building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in relevant computer software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
