Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, applying appropriate therapeutic models and techniques.

• Monitor and document treatment goals, progress, and intervention outcomes regularly to adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to develop cohesive intervention strategies for clients, especially those transitioning from inpatient care.

• Provide education and support to caregivers managing behavioral challenges, empowering them with strategies and skills to enhance their loved ones' mental health.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ histories, symptoms, and treatment needs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician in this role will work with a diverse range of clients including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health issues. Our clinic serves individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of individualized care strategies developed in partnership with clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
