Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific concerns.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, effectively utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to treat issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and more.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights, and coordinating treatment plans that promote overall client well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, certifications, and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• Contribute to the enhancement of service delivery by providing feedback and suggestions on improving programs and therapeutic approaches based on client experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues. The emphasis will be on creating an inclusive therapeutic environment that respects and understands the unique challenges faced by each individual. This will involve adapting therapeutic modalities to cater to clients' specific cultural, social, and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active state license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic capacity, supporting clients through various mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

• Familiarity with electronic health records systems is preferred to ensure efficient documentation and continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
