Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will utilize our secure telehealth platform to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable environment for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to individuals, and potentially couples/families, adhering to the LPCC scope and necessary supervision.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with the legal and ethical standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and share insights with colleagues.
\n
• Coordinate care efforts with outside agencies, including medical providers and schools, to support comprehensive client care.
\n
• Uphold the confidentiality and rights of clients while adhering to ethical practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults facing emotional and psychological challenges, children and adolescents, as well as couples and families navigating complex relational dynamics. Our clients often come from underserved communities, and you will be expected to recognize and address the unique cultural, social, and economic factors impacting their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LPCC license in the State of California, in good standing.

• A master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical assessment techniques, treatment planning, and various therapeutic approaches.

• Experience engaging with diverse populations and a strong commitment to social justice in mental health care.

• Adept at maintaining independent and accountable clinical practice while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and documentation.

• Ability to provide clinical services without ongoing supervision.

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
