Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current LPCC licensure to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $104,000 annually, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Our compensation model operates on a fee-for-service basis, providing guaranteed payment ahead of collections, allowing for financial stability in practice.
