Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual client needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for participants to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, enhancing outcomes for clients with complex needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
