Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, working collaboratively with each client to build rapport and establish effective working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular appointments to monitor clients' progress, provide ongoing support, and determine appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a person-centered approach to mental health care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as per professional standards for each client, adhering to all relevant compliance and confidentiality regulations.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create initial treatment recommendations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, delivering effective psychotherapeutic interventions suited to clients' unique circumstances.

• Engage in supervisory discussions with peers to enhance professional skills and reflect on client care practices regularly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population, engaging with clients ranging from children to adults and encompassing a wide variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is essential.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential is required.

Our compensation package is competitive, with potential earnings ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually.
