Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and coordinate upcoming appointments or transition plans for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions thoroughly through regular progress notes and maintain up-to-date client files.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate initial client needs and determine the most effective treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual therapeutic sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions, taking advantage of feedback to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
