Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy, to engage clients in their treatment process.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their feedback and observed outcomes.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health conditions and promote coping strategies.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately, keeping records compliant with privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license issued by the State of California, accompanied by a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging between $120,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
