Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, providing compassionate and effective therapeutic support tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. We provide a fee-for-service compensation model that guarantees pay ahead of collections, ensuring financial security for our clinicians. Potential for bonuses is also available, and clinicians benefit from W2 employment, which prioritizes work-life balance.
