Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions allowing clients to share experiences, learn from one another, and build a supportive community.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions where you will empathically explore each client's unique thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop personalized coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Assess and evaluate client outcomes regularly using established assessment tools, gathering client feedback to refine treatment approaches.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment and discussing complex cases as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults between 18 and 30 years of age who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
