Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preparing for both pre-crisis and crisis intervention as required.

• Generate timely and precise documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all clinical records are kept up-to-date.

• Implement and utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately gauge client progress in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the development and execution of positive behavior support plans alongside multidisciplinary teams.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards and improve service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison between our organization and relevant state agencies, community partners, and support systems to enhance resource availability for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and the broader community to promote understanding, transparency, and adherence to our agency’s mission.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various organizations to foster partnerships, promote our programs, and identify potential funding avenues.
\n
• Pursue personal and professional growth opportunities, including attending relevant conferences and workshops, representing Empath Behavioral Services at statewide meetings, and actively engaging in task forces related to mental health.

• Promote and embody the principles, values, and philosophies of our organization in every aspect of your work.

• Perform any additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to ensure seamless service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your compassionate approach and expertise will be vital in establishing trust and facilitating therapeutic relationships that empower clients to embark on their journey towards recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An independent LPCC license in California is required to practice.
