This position enables you to work in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to provide high-quality counseling services. You will have the flexibility of managing your schedule while maintaining a regular work week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our telehealth model allows you to connect with patients in a supportive environment, breaking down barriers to access mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to accurately assess patient needs related to trauma and develop customized treatment plans that align with their specific challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mental and emotional disorders, fostering patient engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with patients to create coping strategies and personal development plans that promote resiliency and self-efficacy.

• Closely monitor patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals who have experienced trauma-related injuries. This may include veterans, accident survivors, or those coping with chronic stressors that impact their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in therapeutic principles and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the candidate. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team. Our benefits package includes:
