Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop individual treatment plans.

• Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing mental health crises, utilizing strong crisis management skills.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tools to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring personalized care and effective follow-up, while effectively documenting all client interactions and progress in electronic health records.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, social workers, and community organizations to facilitate a comprehensive network of support for clients.

The clients you will work with range widely in age and background, and may present with various mental health concerns from mild adjustments to severe distress. You will contribute positively to the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families, tailoring your approach to suit each individual’s needs while fostering a caring and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
