Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining engagement with clients across Los Angeles, California. You will be part of a supportive, remote team that regularly utilizes virtual collaboration tools to enhance communication and teamwork. Work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster personal growth and relationship improvement.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique issues and goals of each client, regularly reviewing and adapting these plans as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurate diagnoses, and develop crisis intervention strategies when immediate support is needed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols and legal standards for healthcare information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic support system for clients.

• Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights from client cases, fostering a continuous learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $130,000 dependent on experience, as well as a robust benefits package.
