Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to create a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counsel, monitor progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and client interactions in accordance with organizational protocols and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, offering referrals to specialists when necessary to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
