Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Empower clients and their families by educating them about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
