This position will allow you to work remotely while maintaining the option to conduct sessions in our outpatient office located in Lowell, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to support clients' personal development and emotional growth.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may face geographical or other barriers to in-person appointments, ensuring accessibility to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship and create a safe space for clients to express their experiences.

• A heartfelt empathy for clients and a non-judgmental attitude towards their challenges, promoting an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.
