Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and mental health screenings to accurately evaluate clients' needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective short-term individual therapy sessions, utilizing crisis intervention strategies for clients facing immediate concerns or challenges.

• Organize and facilitate therapy groups and educational workshops that address significant mental health themes, such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, community organizations, and patient support services, to coordinate holistic care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, facing a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to engage empathetically with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds will be critical in facilitating effective therapeutic relationships and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
