Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to graduate students working towards clinical licensure, offering guidance on their casework and treatment methodologies.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of our clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring quality care and compliance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Continuously update knowledge of current research and best practices in mental health therapy to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

The Shelter Counseling Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your expertise and contributions to our mission.
