Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Deep Logic Therapy, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relational issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our diverse patient population allows you to apply various therapeutic techniques and learn from a multitude of experiences, significantly broadening your therapeutic skill set.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Experience in both individual and group therapy with diverse populations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology efficiencies in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, preference will be given to those with experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with community mental health resources. Candidates with additional certifications or specialized training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
