Work Environment\n

The Mental Health Therapist role is designed to be a remote position, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional setting. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for both therapists and clients. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients presenting symptoms of mood disorders to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of their concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual and group settings to foster patient progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
