Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused techniques to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, ensuring each client receives the most effective treatment suited to their situation.

• Maintain detailed, confidential clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to uphold the highest ethical standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma, and existential crises. By addressing the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client, you will be instrumental in guiding them toward positive mental health outcomes and holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with outpatient counseling in a psychiatric or clinical setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, with potential bonuses.
