Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services, leveraging various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, both in individual and group settings.

• Regularly collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and implement treatment recommendations effectively, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.

• Act promptly in crisis situations, providing stabilization and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Engage in community outreach and educational programs to increase awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma in underserved populations.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our electronic health records (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
