Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to work from the comfort of their chosen environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing flexibility while ensuring availability to our clients. Our outpatient model allows therapists to interact with clients in a meaningful way while offering support through individualized care.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct initial assessments to understand each patient’s unique mental health status, identifying challenges and developing appropriate treatment plans.

  Facilitate therapy sessions that might include individual and, where appropriate, group therapy, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of clients.

  Provide regular progress evaluations and adjust treatments as necessary, ensuring a responsive approach to the evolving needs of each patient.

  Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and clinical care coordinators, to ensure a comprehensive care strategy that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health.

  Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate records, monitor patient progress, and efficiently manage related documentation.

  Offer guidance and resources to empower clients in overcoming personal challenges and achieving their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse patient population with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing culturally responsive approaches, therapists ensure that care is tailored to meet the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, promoting a sense of understanding and connection.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree from an accredited program relevant to mental health (e.g., Social Work, Counseling).

  Current, valid licensure in the state as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient or clinical setting.

  Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to adapt to new software applications swiftly.

  Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as an incentive for new team members.
