Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of their individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing complications arising from mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our diverse clientele spans various demographics, including adults, adolescents, and families, requiring a nuanced understanding of different backgrounds and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a strong emphasis on working with mood disorders.
