Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, fostering connections with patients from various backgrounds in a safe and secure manner. Though some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs, the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each individual's situation.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a sense of community while addressing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, exploring treatment options and connecting them with community resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and protection of patient information.

• Participate actively in case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and professional development training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.

• Robust knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and various therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse client base.
