Work Environment\n

This role is set within a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining high standards of patient care. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some adjustments may be necessary to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to effectively identify patients' needs, and formulate customized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to enhance community engagement and shared learning among clients facing similar mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, responding promptly to mental health emergencies and supporting clients in moments of heightened distress.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower them in their journey toward better mental health.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation to comply with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training to remain current in evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population, encompassing individuals who face a myriad of challenges including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. This role is well-suited for clinicians who are passionate about making a positive impact and are experienced in working with various demographic groups across different cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and the latest therapeutic modalities, with a strong focus on evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop actionable treatment plans that address complex needs.

• Experience delivering individual therapy and facilitating group therapy sessions for diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated professionalism with sound judgment and adherence to ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
