Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions such as MBSR to individuals seeking support for stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors and mental health challenges, customizing mindfulness practices to meet their goals.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathing techniques, to enhance self-awareness and promote emotional stability.

• Facilitate group workshops and classes, focusing on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience-building practices.

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
