Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' psychological needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate healing with individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that provide relevant information and foster community understanding of mental health topics.

• Work in coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care and address the comprehensive needs of our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to support individuals in mental health emergencies and stabilize acute situations.

• Educate patients on their mental health challenges, exploring treatment options and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and case supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals presenting with a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. You will work closely with adults, adolescents, and families facing emotional and behavioral issues, providing them with empathetic support and evidence-based treatment modalities that cater to their unique cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and interpersonal approaches.

• Demonstrable ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
