Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant modalities.

• Document session notes promptly and accurately to comply with organizational standards and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing communication with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our therapy services is adults dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A master’s level degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active, unencumbered license to practice, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Excellent documentation skills for recording session details in accordance with best practices.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions noted by any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following experience may be given preference:
