Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, granting you the flexibility to set your own hours while working primarily with adult clients through video chat. Our outpatient model requires therapists to manage their schedules efficiently, allowing for a personalized approach to therapy while collaborating with our supportive administrative staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing, tailoring approaches to meet each person's unique needs.

• Engage clients in discussions about their emotions, past experiences, and current challenges to encourage self-discovery and insight development.

• Act as a patient advocate, assisting clients in identifying and defining personal goals, and strategizing actionable steps toward achieving those goals.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly and collaboratively create and implement solution-focused treatment plans grounded in clinical expertise and empathy.

• Maintain professional documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any pertinent assessments using our all-in-one counselor dashboard.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will exclusively work with stable adults presenting low acuity mental health issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for teletherapy, allowing you to focus on providing effective intervention rather than navigating crises. We carefully match clients to your expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring productive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure from the state board with a history of maintaining good standing without any disciplinary actions. Acceptable licenses include:
