This remote therapist position allows you to provide essential mental health services to patients in need, focusing on a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from a location of your choice while still being an integral part of our collaborative team culture. Our outpatient setting means that you will have the flexibility to schedule therapy sessions that accommodate both client needs and your own. We emphasize a work-life balance, with consistent hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Hope Again Therapy, our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health crises, emotional difficulties, and behavioral problems. Understanding the multifaceted nature of mental health is crucial for forming effective rapport and ensuring each patient receives the tailored support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating effective treatment plans for a variety of clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Adherence to professional ethics, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality.

• Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a background in providing therapy to diverse populations is highly preferred. Experience in an outpatient therapy environment and knowledge of specific therapeutic approaches is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
