Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to better understand each patient's mental health status, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and treatment modalities that include but are not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records while complying with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect patient information.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic treatment approach.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care quality and stay abreast of best practices in the mental health field.

• Engage patients and their families with educational resources, promoting awareness regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.

• Remain informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling personalized, effective treatment.
